Previously, when using the photo grid templates, designers could adjust the size accordingly to fit the style and shape of the product - making them fatter/thinner, shorter/longer etc. Now it seems that you can only make the frame bigger or smaller as one whole piece. Is this a technical issue or is this how they are supposed to be?

Yeah, it’s really annoying that we can’t do that now. It was a great addition
I can’t drag or drop images into the sections either.
Please can both issues be ‘fixed’ Zazzle?

Hi all, you can still change the aspect ratio on frame is you click+hold “Shift” while dragging a corner of the frame.

But before we could adjust it by the tabs in the middle to make it fatter or taller, it’s now locked so it can only be the shape of the product it’s placed in. Is this no longer going to be an option?

Hi James, I am aware that we can still change the ratio of the frame, but it was much better when we had more control over the template and could also customize the width, height, etc. Just wondered if this was a technical issue, or if this option has now been removed?

@James Holding shift in any other program means you keep the same ratio. So that would be very counter intuitive to use it like you suggest. Plus on Windows 11 and Chrome this does not work for me. No matter what shifts, alts and what have you I tried, none of them allow for the grids to be in any other ratio. Thanks.
