I just went to bulk change royalty rates as a result of the new 4/1 Zazzle terms and it won ‘t allow changes over 10%. Looks like it’s a feature not a bug given the notice Zazzle serves when trying to make the change. So Zazzle seems to want to make it hard to raise the royalty over 10%. Totally Maddening.

@Zorinda In your selection you’ve probably got some espadrilles/value phone cases that are stuck at 5% - unselect them and they should go through

Also, one of the mask styles has a cap of 10% so triggers that message if you try to go over. Some of the other mask styles have a cap of 5% and those, you don’t even have the option to try to change.
