Just today I was wondering how many products I have that were resubmitted but have not yet been approved and available to the customer. If you have ever tried to find these you know what a daunting task this can be especially since there is no current filter to apply in search.
Under Saved Designs, I see three options. My Products. Under Review. And Revise and Resubmit. I can see by looking at the Saved Designs page, that I have one product Under Review. It’s been appearing in Under Review for close to two decades now because it’s a postage stamp, which is no longer salable here, and I have left it up on purpose, so that I would know that section is “working” as it should.
I have nothing currently under Revise and Resubmit, so that shows as zero. Can you check your Saved Designs page to find the information you need under the Revise and Resubmit category? Or are you speaking of some other issue?
under review is not what I’m talking about. These are designs I resubmitted instead of posting for sale and expected to be resubmitted then approved for republishing to the marketplace. And no they do not just suddenly reappear in the marketplace approved in minutes… I have some that have been weeks waiting.
These do not appear in Saved designs Under review… sorry.
If I edit a product and click resubmit instead of publishing it to market. These then have an overlay graphic and are not available for editing and not back in the marketplace until reviewers approve them back into the marketplace. I hope I’m being more clear this time.
My issue is: I have no easy way of tracking or searching which are still pending review and which have been approved for placement back into the marketplace and finding them is not easy and time consuming.
I see. The language for that is “replace”, rather than resubmit. I agree it is not easy to find these after you have applied for the replacement. I screen shot each of these when I make the request and I pencil in the date right on my screen shot. Then a few days later, I know what to search for among my products. Once I search my store and find that the product has been successfully replaced, I delete my screenshot.
I agree with you. I would much prefer to have a way to search for my products which are under replacement review, and not have to use my little hack.
