Can we promote a sale and say that it will last x number of days?

I know that we can not announce a sale ahead of the day the sale starts, but if a sale will be running, say all weekend, can we say in our promotions “get 50% off paper goods all weekend” or like with the current sale can I say something like “shop now because the sale ends tomorrow”?

I feel like it would be nice to let customers know and in the sale details it does say when the sale ends so it is public at that time.  I feel like that answers my question, but I just want to be sure I am not breaking guidelines of getting the sale notices early.

If Zazzle has already published the sale details, then sure, you can let customers know. I’ve been doing it for years!
