Hello All, I wasn’t sure if you still get a referral commission this way? I was wondering, if you are already in the zazzle chat after a customer messages you for a product, will you get your referral commission (for promoter 2.0) if you post a link to the product they want, or do they need to click on a link that’s outside of zazzle?
Any help clearing this up is appreciated!
It’s unlikely because they are already in the Zazzle web site and have a recorded cookie for however they came in… That cookie supersedes any other way they enter for a period of around 30 days, I believe.

Whoops.. for some reason I thought it was longer.. still the same thing though. The person always gets a cookie coming in to Zazzle to access the chat, so the chat link never gets a chance to override it..
