My repeat Canadian Customer did not get the product ordered so after 6 weeks he had cancelled his order and then the next day my Zrank went from 5 to 4. I posted my first product 15 months ago and my Total Linkovers as of today: 49952. I made 10 sales in 15 months. I made a mistake when I started and didn’t customize my products so I had to do all of them all over again and finished in July of 2025 then the next month on August 23, 2025 I made my second sale. So in reality I made all the sales 10 sales in 7 months. My products have been customizable in 7 months. So I only made 1 sale when the products were not customizable and each month after that I made a sale or two. my problem here is my Canadian customer had to cancel after waiting for the prducts for over 6 weeks and then the day after the cancellation my zrank was knocked down to 4 from 5. So while I work overtime hours 7 days a week and bring them 10 sales and 49952 linkover they treat me like this. Imagine all the money they made of me with 49952 linkovers that I did not receive a dime for. This is very discouraging. I haven’t made products in some time now I am not appreciated for my hard overtime 7 days a week work. My customer gave me the date and product ID of the order so together we were able to get his money back and make Zazzle aware of this issue.
I am also providing an image of my linkovers from my 15 months of work that i have done.
Linkovers are not an accurate way to see how many customers are actually viewing your products. They include traffic from ‘bots’ that are not actually paying customers. I’m not a huge seller, but I do have sales daily and I average linkovers somewhere around 1500/day but I sure don’t have that many actual customer views. Judging from your total over 15 months, you are averaging linkovers more in the 100/day range. Look at the actual views of your products on the product page stats and you will see how many actual customers are looking at your product.
If you are getting a lot of views on the product but it’s still not selling, it’s time to ask yourself the tough questions. Is my design as good or better that the million other designs the customer can choose from in the marketplace? Am I creating designs that offer something in a niche with little or no competition? Are my prices competitive? Do I have great descriptions and keywords so buyers can find me? Are my templates working properly so customers can easily customize? Zazzle does take a lot of work, it’s definitely not a get-rich-quick plan so you have to really enjoy the process for it to be worthwhile. You will find plenty of help in the forums.

Good luck hope this helps a bit. Happy Zazzling.![]()
Some automated process is changing sellers’ Zrank. Zazzle is not doing this directly to you or your store. Your Zrank will go up (and sometimes) down over the years. It doesn’t impact your store or your sales. It’s not something to worry about. Focus on doing what you need to do in order to make more sales, and forget about your Zrank.
