I went to look at the drill down sort of ‘cancellations only’ under ‘Royalty History’ and the choice is missing. Below is what it looks like when you click on the drop down menu. The cancellation sort IS available under History.
I believe they are there, if you hover over the ‘Show Everything’ in blue, it has menu items below it, you have to scroll.
I had actually already tried to hover over it. Didn’t work. It opens the dropdown, but only ‘show everything’ is available. This is on an iPad Pro / Safari.
I just checked on my iPad/Safari and it’s there. Had to use my finger to scroll again, which shouldn’t be required if it dropped down properly.
Thanks. I did get it to work that way. We both agree that it shouldn’t be so tortured to get the dropdown choices to appear. Zazzle needs to fix this.
