I have been trying to delete items from saved designs for a couple of months and keep getting the same error “Sorry, you could not delete a product because it is referenced in either your order or cart.”
These are not active orders. I have no need to save items from historical orders. There is nothing in my cart

Can you clarify which design in your Saved Designs you are trying to delete but can’t so that we can look into this for you?

For me, it’s the Black Raven and Gnarly Japanese Maple Tree Poster that I cannot delete. It’s been there for some weeks now. It was an item that I ordered and have already received.

I have a post card called postcardhvy in my Saved Designs that has been there since 2023. I do not get an error message when I try to delete it, though. But I would very much love if it were finally deleted. I left it blank so that it can blend into the background better. It’s mildly annoying.
I still cannot delete these items
