Cannot Get Option for Instant Download on a Response Card

I have a customer request to make a wedding RSVP card available as an instant download. I thought it was already available in that format as I make that available for all designs that offer that format as an option. The current published RSVP does not show instant download as an option, so I transferred it to a flat invitation in a 3x5 size and posted for sale. In the post for sale process, there was never an option to select instant download as a format. What am I doing wrong? I just found a work-around for my issue. I transferred the RSVP card to an invitation, changed the size to 3x5, but I still had to leave the product title as an invitation and not a response or RSVP card in order for the instant download format to be available.

if it accomplishes the goal – it is a grand idea.  Actually it would be a good idea to that option available.
