I just opened a new store uploaded my fresh new banner and… the system replaced it with one of those abstract default banners. In addition I tried to replace / update a banner of a current store and no go as that isn’t working either.
I’m actually much more concerned about my new store since that banner represents the identity / branding look of my new store

I only saw known issue for trying to change a banner from an existing store. This time it was a brand new store adding a banner not changing it.

The last banner I changed took several hours to appear… FYI. Could be the same for a new one…

Yeah it did finally appear several hours later. What threw me off was the profile icon for the new store appeared almost instantly so I thought something was wrong when the banner didn’t appear.
