I can only download the back side of this budget invite: PID#256281983880364499. Other budget invites I can download different views. I’m checking other product types & it seems hit or miss whether I can download different views or any views at all.
What is happening to this site today? (Not my only problem – I’ve started another thread on something completely unrelated.) Please fix/look into this.
To moderators, Yes, there is a cover photo on this now, but I still wasn’t able to download the front view. This is a (workaround) screensnap of the layout within the design tool + additional background to make the correct card size past the safety. Still can’t download the product mockup, nor the artwork.
I’m having this issue with business cards all of a sudden. I can’t download the front view - it very briefly plays the processing animation with the colored circles, but nothing happens. Downloading the back view artwork works fine.
Are you still experiencing this issue?
It doesn’t look like there is still a problem. I was able to download the front version of the card I couldn’t download yesterday. But I haven’t been making mockups this am.
