Can't Download Mockup for Watch Strap for Gold Wraparound Watch Style

FYI, I am unable to download the mockup for the watch strap view (second photo from left) for the gold wraparound watch style.

This returns the error message “www.zazzle.com says try a different view.”

(note: this error does not pop up for the silver wraparound watch style).

@Padraig , it’s not specific to any particular product ID (but rather this women’s watch style), but if you need a PID#, here’s one 256905734605750712. note the popup message in the screengrab below. thanks!

Thanks for providing the product ID. My apologies, I couldn’t locate the exact product and style you were referring to. I receive the same message when I attempt to download the mockup so I have sent this on to our team for further investigation. I will let you know when we have an update.
