I’m trying to drag and drop categories to rearrange some that are out of order. I’m doing it the way I always did it but it doesn’t work now. When I click and try to drag a circle with a line through it implies I can’t do it and the category doesn’t move.
Unrelated but since I’m here, why is there no easy link to go to community? Am I missing it? I had to do a search off site to find it. It’s an obvious url now that I see it but why does zazzle hide it?

Are you trying to drag & drop the text list of categories on the left or the cat image squares? I can drag & drop the image squares with no problem (using Firefox, haven’t tried in another browser) but get the circle w/ line through it no symbol when trying to drag & drop from the list instead. Which is surprising as that is backwards from the way I remember always doing it which was arranging by dragging the list items not the squares. I wonder if they changed it. I think it’s much more manageable to arrange things by dragging & dropping on the compact text list than the cat images.
For the forums, there is a link to them on the upper right of your store home page, but it goes to what’s mostly just a landing page with a search field to search forum content. Do yourself a favor and bookmark this page instead:
I never did drag and drop from list. Seemed easier to see the categories on the page and just move them where I wanted them. I can’t move images anymore. Will try list. I, too have Firefox. Always updated. I know they url of forum so just type that in now, But yes, have it bookmarked as well. Will look for ink on home page. Don’t see it on phone version which is what I’m on right now.

It’s really hard using this forum on phone.
I did get on computer and try both images and list. Neither works. I may just create a new category in correct location and delete one in wrong place. It’s a puzzle why it won’t let me move them.
Are you trying from the right page? For me, starting from my store’s homepage, I have to click “view all categories”, then “all categories” from the left side menu to get this page:

If I try to drag & drop from any other page, I can’t.
I have found recently that one has to click the mouse button (MB) after dragging to the desired location (don’t remember having to do this previously). I.E. - click on icon, hold down mb, drag to desired location, click mb. That seems to work to rearrange category icons.
I can’t drag the text at all. (latest Firefox).
I was on right page. Still no luck. Did as you said and put my store name in the url. Same page I went to so. Sigh. Thanks for your suggestion.
When I do that the category nearest where I’m trying to move other category opens as it thinks I’m clicking it. Tried to position exactly between two categories where I’m placing the one to move and it just opens one of the others when I click again. I guess I’m giving up on this one. Thanks for your suggestion. I usually have problems with my normal browser but find I have to use Firefox for this site and still no luck. Not high priority issue. I’ll do some category restructuring to just force it to work another way.
I accidentally pushed a button saying this was the solution. No idea how to reverse it. Ugh.
Hurray! I figured it out. Apparently after double clicking on the image I have to hold a couple seconds and not move. Ten a ghosted second image of the category - with that circle with the line through it - follows my mouse to wherever. It inserts itself where I stop and I click and inserts it there. If I don’t wait a couple seconds the category image won’t move. I can even do on my phone although it’s not as easy as I have a hard time on the small screen. Everyone had good suggestions and I thank you all for your help.
