Can't find my products or stores when doing a search on Zazzle website

I used to be able to find my stores by typing their exact names into the Zazzle website search bar, but today none are showing up.  I also typed in the exact titles of several products I recently sold, but none show up.  I then searched for products that I had sold often in the past, but even those didn’t show up.  Oddly, they do show up when doing a Google search.

I gather a previous customer will not be able to find me, if he/she decides to buy something from my store again. No wonder sales have slowed down for me recently!

I have checked and my stores are findable, but I can’t see sales history for March 28th . I Hope Zazzle fixes this technical issue soon.

I searched for your stores in Z’s search bar and your products are showing up for me.

It happened with me yesterday. It got fixed after I deleted Zazzle website’s cache and history from my browser.

I just checked my sales and nothing shows up for March 28th either.

I deleted my browsing history including cookies, cache and more on my computer and that fixed it.
