Can't log to my Zazzle account within my correct password and have to enter a one time code...why?

Hi everyone,

I want to know why I CAN’T LOG WITH MY PASSWORD​:red_question_mark: It gives me this msg 

‘‘Your email or password is incorrect. If you created an account before Jan 2011, you may need to sign-in with your username.’’

What does this mean? I’m on zazzle since May 2023

and everytime I have to put a one time code, that it presumed that Zazzle send it to my email.

Do anyone have the same issue? Or is it a new way to secure the account? I can’t understand why I have to depend on a one time code to enter to my account?
