Can't stretch a graphic - aspect ratio fixed

Hello

I am trying to create a design and I can’t seem to disengage the aspect ratio. I am using one of my own graphics - a wavy frame - and it is perfectly sized for a 5 x 7 inch invitation/card. I am trying to make an enclosure card which is 3.5 x 2 inches and I need to stretch the graphic slightly to fit the space and I can’t do it. When I try to resize it, it resizes proportionally, larger or smaller but nothing I try will let me stretch it slightly. I am holding the shift key and dragging on the centre left (or right) square with my mouse to try and stretch it. The top and bottom squares don’t work either and I have also tried holding the “alt” and “ctrl” keys on my keyboard to see if that works. In my settings the “lock aspect ratio” is off. I’m not sure what else to try…any ideas?

I can resize and stretch the shapes - I can make a square into a rectangle etc, but it won’t let me do it with my own graphics.

You can’t stretch your own uploads - You can only manipulate the shapes that zazzle provides.

You can crop and add a filter but that’s about it.

So I would resize your artwork in your photo editing software and upload the correct size for the card that you are designing for

Thank you @Sara_H   I was wondering if this was the case. I couldn’t remember needing to do it with any of my other designs which is why I have just come across the issue.

We’ve been asking for that feature for a long time, but so far Zazzle hasn’t implemented it.
