Why is it so difficult to load large files, won’t even load the size for a kitchen towel. That’s not that big! I don’t get on here much, feel like no one’s listening anyway. UGH!!
What size are you trying to upload, I’m able to upload files that cover blankets? If you’re seeing a yellow warning sign check on the threads re that topic in technical forum. It will shed light.
I have the same problem with uploading large images, never see a warning sign, just won’t upload file.

I am never sure of the size image for each product, it’s a hit and miss for me, I have to keep changing sizes so something fits. On the kitchen towels I tried 2400 x 3300 px, 3300 x 4200, 3600x 4800, and many more for other products. The size that used to work for me for fleece blanket was 7632 x 6480, where can I find the correct sizes for each product? Please Help. Thank You.
