Can someone please explain the significance of the captions to uploaded mockups?
Is this something that will be searched re: SEO. Where does it show up. What is it’s purpose?

They show by the side of a cross sell as extra images for the customer to view
I write that they are part of a collection and what it is (just in case my cover image doesn’t explain it very well 😂)

The “caption” you add to product cover images becomes the label that shows under the image when you click for the zoomed-in view on the product page, like this:
(This is just one of the Zazzle-provided images with their caption, but it shows you where people will see your captions on your personal covers.)

It must take a while to populate because I don’t see the captions on my products in either of these places. Thanks for the input though.

@PlayfulPixel I think at the moment they only show up on cross sell types of collections - so if they’re the other types (ie. gift/similar styles etc) - that’s not been switched on yet so to speak (if ever)

Sara - you are a mine of information! Yes, I have tested on the gifts collection so that’s why it’s not showing up… thanks.
