I’m very sorry to hear you’re experiencing an issue here and of the frustration this has caused. I flagged this with our team for you so we will take a closer look and let you know if we need anything else or if an update becomes available.
I seem to have lost most of my store categories. The only categories I am seeing showing up in my shop are those that have DEMO products in them. The categories are DEMO or TEST categories I set up to help me to learn how categories work on Zazzle. All of the other categories and sub categories I created are gone. Could someone please tell me what it is that I am doing wrong? And yes I have checked my Chrome extension and I have turned off all ad blockers. This is very confusing and frustrating as I am still trying to set up my shop. Any input and suggestions are needed and appreciated. https://www.zazzle.com/store/01970gifts
Let me just add to this by stating that the only way I am able to view or access all of my store’s categories and subcategories is through the store management window. I am including an attachment to show which categories are missing. Thanks. I hope this is just a glitch.
When I view my public storefront the only categories I see are the DEMO or TEST categories I created to get to know how categories work and to learn the Zazzle platform. Is anyone else still having this issue?
My browser is Chrome and I am using a WINDOWS 10 64 Bit Desktop computer. I also checked my mobile phone and the same is true. I cannot access or view all of my store categories in my PUBLIC STOREFRONT. I can only access and view my categories and subcategories while in the store management window. Again I just provided a screen capture of what I see when I am in the store management window.
Thank you so much Sara, but if you go inside the categories and in collections there is the problem. I have tested it and it’s not just on my computer, but also on other devices and computers.
@Kate3 Oh yes - once I drill down into the cats - some are missing. No doubt the Tech Team will investigate. I know that creating categories and getting them all sorted can take a week or so for them to index properly and if there’s a backlog behind the scenes - may take longer.
