I have noticed that on some products what is seen on the design board is not the same as what’s seen on the preview. I noticed this especially with the Pet Id Tags I was making. When I aligned the pet’s name on the artboard, then checked the preview, the preview showed the name off-center. Other designs, like stripes, also were not lining up correctly; what was shown on the artboard and what was shown on the preview were different. I’m not sure which to believe–but I decided to to with what was shown on the preview, rather than the artboard. Has anyone else had this problem?

Sadly, It’s pretty common with many of the preview images. In future, go with what is shown on the artboard not on the preview…that’s the way it will be printed. The preview images are sort of like the cover images we make ourselves .. they are made to try and look like the actual product with our design on it but they aren’t always successful.

Yes, Christmas stockings have centering issues. I also go with what’s on the artboard rather than the preview, but customers might also question which one is accurate 😕 !

I have reported the centering issue on Christmas stockings three times, and it still has not been fixed. There is no excuse for this to be happening.

I chose to delete the 3 pet tags I had made; if they were centered on the artboard, they looked so obviously wrong on the product page that nobody would buy them. I thought about adding a caveat in the product description, on the order of “this is actually centered, ignore what it looks like”, but that wouldn’t inspire customer confidence, either. Can the technical people try to make these products to find out what’s causing the issue?
@Joanna This problem occurs with all my Christmas stockings, but here’s an example. The design appears too far to the right in the Zazzle previews, making the text appear off-center:

The problem occurs on all of my Christmas stockings, too. I’ve told Zazzle three times that this issue is keeping customers from buying Christmas stockings. It’s not just affecting my sales, but Zazzle’s sales as well. I addressed this issue way before Christmas, and it’s still not fixed.
