Select image, click “change image” and literally nothing happens.
Tried to work around by just opening full image browser to retrieve the image, and that also does literally nothing.
What product are you trying on? I just tried on a foam core and it worked.
@CarlaRolfe Try using a different browser eg Firefox (you said you used chrome in another thread) It may be browser related or an extension on chrome that the site doesn’t like (eg turn off any adblockers)

Hmmm… it sounds like you have offended the Zazzle gods today! 😉 Both functions are working fine for me.
That being said, I have been having a lot of weird issues lately - design tool freezing up on me, changes not “sticking”, links not being clickable, etc. Generally refreshing the page fixes it, but sometimes I have to just punt on a design and go grab it from saved designs and start over. A few times I’ve even had to just copy/paste everything into a brand new design to get things to behave properly. I don’t know what it means…
p.s. I use Edge Browser with Windows 11

I can confirm that some adblockers do mess with Zazzle and cause features to not work properly.
I’ve not changed anything in the way I use the design tool, browsers, adblockers, etc. It’s been the same set-up for years so, my guess is, it’s a glitch with the tool.
Whatever the issue was it seems to have resolved itself.
