I have manually changed the royalty on my digital downloads one by one and it was taking forever, and then figured out the way to change it for all eligible items at once. It says its supposed to take 24 hours to update. Sometimes things update and sometimes they do not. Sometimes it seems like things are reverting back and other times I have seen instant downloads for a royalty that is NOT the default NOR my new set rate, but even lower. What is the problem? Is this a tech glitch??
These prices are already very low for our artwork, then the coupon codes are never ending. Why isn’t the royalty I am setting staying?? I am trying to give this thing a chance, but the pricing needs to be fair (the carveout also isn’t fair, and I am still not understand the royalty break down even after adjusting for 3rd party referrals and this carve out, it still isn’t the right amount based on the percentage and I would love for someone to show me a visual for this to make it make sense, lol) for this to work for everyone, and I am just running into people getting access to high quality files for pennies and I need to be able to remedy this, and for it to stay remedied. What is the fix??? PLEASE HELP.
