Changing of Royalty Rates

Hi,

Since three days, I am trying to change default royalty rates and also tried to change individual product royalty rate, but in vain. please resolve my problem.

You have 24 hours after you create a product to change your royalty freely and have it update immediately - after that you can change it any time, but Zazzle only posts updates once a month and I’m afraid you’ve probably just missed it. All the changes you’ve made will take affect, but not for about a month.

“You can change your royalty at any time, however, our system will aggregate all the royalty changes made in your account and apply them to your products once a month. This will take place on or around the 20th of every month, with the exception of our peak holiday season when royalty changes may be paused. This way all changes will be made at the same time.”
