Changing product royalty in edit not sticking

I have done this many times… 

opening a product in the back end
clicking on edit
change the royalty rate
then click DONE

And I usually can reopen and see the royalty rate change soon afterwards but knowing it’s not going to actually change till after the 20th  of the month (or whatever it is) But the royalty does show the new royalty that it will change to once it goes into affect .  Now after I edit it and go back and look it does not show the royalty amount I want this changed to.

Are you seeing this happen also?

Same for me. I have various royalty amounts, as I suspect many do, and so I can’t do a blanket royalty update but I would like to change the rate on some existing products.
