Dear Zazzle, Please FIX these issues. We are trying to change the rates but it seems to be “hit or miss”. I’ve tried from the product page (which will take ages) and I’ve tried from the back-end-of store. Sometimes I see my new royalty % has changed immediately but most of the time I don’t even see the ‘Saved’ notification. I wonder if you have any idea how frustrating this is?
