Am I being a dimwit, for life of me I can’t see report or block on chat feature anymore, just delete message?
I couldn’t find it, either. I hope it will be back, it was so necessary to stop inappropriate conversations, scammers, etc…

There’s a bug that’s sort of hiding it.
Go to the right side of the page and click on the … to open the Details panel. Then click on the … next to the user’s name to open the actions menu. You’ll see two options: Message and View Profile. Put your cursor on the Message item and scroll down a little bit. The rest of the menu should appear, and Block User and Report User should now be visible. This should be fixed tomorrow.
