Circles Look Like Ovals on In-Situ Models

When creating women’s basic t-shirts I noticed that circles look like ovals when displayed on Zazzle’s auto-generated in-situ models. This, of course, ruins the designs, and I doubt any sales will be made on this item as a result.

The designs with circles display correctly on the auto-generated flat lay - and, of course, on my cover images, but all the remaining auto-generated images look terrible.

T-shirts are big sellers on Halloween, so this issue needs to be resolved quickly.

Thanks!

Can you share an example of what you’re seeing?

Scott, all you have to do is draw a large circle and then hit the preview button. Thanks!

Here is an example. The round circle placed on the shirt appears oval in the in-situ. https://www.zazzle.com/round_shape_looks_oval_t_shirt-256358410033990310

Thank you! It does appear round in the in-situ of the shirt only without a model…
