I get a number of questions from people who’ve already ordered, or are about to order, and they are not sure if the envelopes are included.
When I go to check if it is even possible for the specific item (postcard or not) I admit it may be confusing if you aren’t familiar with the site or ordering invitations.
It might be more clear for the envelope drop downs to read something along the lines of:
Envelopes (select)
YES - blank white
NO - skip the envelopes
And have it be a required choice before adding to the cart.
And if that choice could be listed as part of the description on the cart and order confirmations as well (maybe this is already the case, but I don’t remember seeing it last time I ordered card samples, but it’s been a white.)
