For a moment I thought it was a certain type (ie two tone or espresso or jumbo and maybe you’ve decided to discontinue them on co.uk ) but it’s a random selection of mug types… can’t figure it out
@Anne Am currently getting together a spreadsheet with all my products on .com and .co.uk and comparing the two.
There’s a whole can of worms with a lot of product missing that should be there on my store front
I know certain products aren’t available to purchase on co.uk there (eg zippos) so won’t be reporting those but random mugs/clocks/towels/shirts/golf head covers/stickers/shower curtains/bath mats/notebooks/bandanas/business cards etc should be (and none of the ones I’m reporting have been hidden due to no views or needing optimization etc)
I encourage you to do a comparison of departments and see what’s missing for you - it can’t just be me
I checked to see if a couple of my mugs were showing and was pleased to see they were.
UNTIL I realized they were NOT mine. They were designs someone had copied , not just design but titles and tags. And even used my name.
If that wasn’t bad enough her stolen content products were showing and MINE were completely hidden, invisible , non existent.
Her stolen items since removed.
I wish someone could explain to us what is the point in adding products when this happens? Our top selling items copied by thieves and then our originals are hidden and theirs given free rein?
More and more of our items are being hidden and we have no warning about this.
People wonder why their sales are dropping… at least if we knew this was going to happen we could stop creating so we’re not wasting our time.
@CreativeLeahG Don’t forget though - out of those 21,000 - some of those will be only available on .com which you have to take into account - unless you know they’re available on both sites eg invites.
I’m getting together a spreadsheet of all those that are missing so I can report them with links so that the Tech Team can investigate.

Out of interest - how many of your missing 21000 have promos?
I can guarantee the bulk of the 21,000 products are available on .co.uk site as noted, the copycat products appeared (they used my title, tags and name as well as my design).
I can’t calculate how many of the 21,000 missing items have promos.
@Mark Have now gone through all departments in my store and have found more products missing. 196 to be exact (have reported mugs/golf head covers which are included in the totals)
Non are missing on .com - only on .co.uk

Only discrepancy in the totals are the uncommon phone cases which are showing up under public visibility option in the backend yet they also have the discontinued tag and obvs not showing on store front (on co.uk)
They are showing on store front on .com but not showing as discontinued in backend but I can live with that.
