I have a collection which isn’t showing on my product page.
Does anyone knows why?

it’s showing up for me in Firefox (but not the fancy POD style - just normal collection style)- but not showing up in a chrome based browser (vivaldi) so maybe some A/B testing going on?
Thanks for letting me know Sara! I hope this will be fixed, I love the new look of the collections in the product page! And I got already some cross sales through it!
I’m seeing one “other styles for this product” below the product image, but no collection pod underneath. I had some weird issues with collections and found that setting it to “other” and then setting it back to “cross sell” fixed it. Maybe try that? Oh no! I just did that, but now all my items are not ‘preferred collection’ anymore (this yellow/orange mark) …the collection is showing on the product page, but not in the fancy way, with my cover photos…
Oh no! Doing that fixed the “preferred collection” problem for me. Maybe try doing it again and see if it makes them the preferred collection?
No luck! I will give it an overnight rest and try it tomorrow morning again. I will keep you posted!

No worry, the strange thing is that yesterday I made them all preferred collection again, but this morning they were again yellow labeled! I preferred them again, I hope it will last but I still see the collection as a line. Did you tried to make the collection again, with a good result? I am thinking of doing that.
I didn’t have to resort to re-making the collections, but I think @Sara_H did and it fixed her problems.
Thanks Cat, I will give it a try tomorrow. It’s to annoying that nobody can see my hard work and be tempted to buy more!

Please help me out here! Every morning my products from this collection are yellow labeled! They don’t stay ‘preffered’! The collection isn’t showing up properly on a product page, with all the new features, but just like a row! Somebody nows what I can do??

I can see the collection appearing on the product page as expected. Can you share a screenshot of the issue you are seeing?
I also believe that the yellow icon indicates that it is not the preferred collection for the products. You can click the product, then click the three dots icon in the top right and click “make preferred collection”.
Hi Mark, I see the collection on the product page as a line, not with the chosen media photo big and 4 smaller products next to it. Every day I make them preferred collection and every next day they’re yellow marked again! The strange thing the products are only in this collection! Herewith some screenshots;
