Collection Not Appearing On Pages Of Products In It

This collection is not appearing on the pages of any of the products that are in it. I made sure it is public.

Hi Roberta.

I realize things are busy around this time of year but it has been nearly a month and this is still not rectified. I had someone like one of the products and it would be nice for individuals to see the entire collection on the page when the view the products.

Could you please update me on this. Thank you.

I have entire collections just disappearing here and there.  It’s REALLY frustrating when it’s my Christmas cards collection 3 1/2 wks before Christmas!!!

I was just going to tell you that if the issue had been happening for more than a few hours you should start a new post and provide the moderators with the links so they can be looked at.

There are a lot of glitches that occur for a few minutes, sometimes a few hours and sometimes a day but right themselves. My issue has been going on for about a month.

Hi Mark, 

Since this seems to be taking so long, I decided to make a new collection and placed all the products into that new collection. The collection is properly showing under all those products now. FYI I am going to delete the older collection so this will no longer be an issue that needs to be addressed by the techs. Thanks for trying to get it looked at.
