Hi everyone.
I recently opened a new shop that will sell exclusively Wedding Suites. I am creating my first collection. I have already inserted the products necessary to activate a realviews (the invitation, the enclosure card and the RSVP card) but apparently the realviews is not activated because it cannot recognize the invitation even if it is the first product I included and I had no problem adding it to the collection. What can I do to make this thing work?

@EsseEffe Have you had a read through of the official thread https://community.zazzle.com/t5/general-zazzle-discussion/zazzle-generated-collection-realviews-wedding-cross-sell/m-p/112306 there may be a reason it’s not been seen (i.e - the blank you started with may not be the correct blank that the RealView wants (it’s very picky) plus there’s still a couple of bugs I believe that the Tech Team know about
I tried searching for the problem, but couldn’t find anything about it, so I opened this thread. Thank you Sara, I’ll go and read the link you gave me.
You have added two foil invitation products to the collection, but the collection realview in your screenshot above is asking for a normal invitation.
Thanks Scott. I checked better and noticed this. So I created some normal invitations for those who maybe don’t like foil.

I created a vertical enclosure card in the 3.5"x5" size. It shows in two of the views, but I’m not able to enable the RealView?
Can you see what I’m doing wrong? I think I have the right sizes/orientations?
Now I am able to enable those views? Maybe the system just needed some time?
But now after enabling, I’m not sure where these are actually seen in the marketplace?
