Collection set to "private" and I can't make it public

I know this has been posted about before but I can’t seem to find the answer.

Today I set up a new product (an invitation) and during the listing process I created a new collection. I have continued to create products all afternoon and I have just discovered that the collection has been set to “private” and nobody can view it. I didn’t set it to private and I have tried various ways to make it “public” but nothing seems to work.

I have clicked on the “share” button and the box pops up saying “make collection public” and I click ok. It looks like this has fixed the issue but when I refresh the page it goes back to being private again. I have gone through each of my products and checked the product visibility and all of them are set to “Public”. In the back end, I edit the collection and in the collection channels they are all marked green and enabled. I’m not sure what else I can do.

Here is a link to the collection: https://www.zazzle.com/collections/119046207743185867

This happened to me last year and in the end I created a new collection and deleted the private one but I only had a couple of items listed there and I have listed 10 items in this one before I realised.

When I set up the collection I did it as I was posting my first item, rather than setting up the collection first…could this have caused the issue?

Can a moderator please look at this. Thanks

I am able to view the collection now! The collections and various aspects of them are not immediately viewable and seem to need a little time for various facets of indexing.  For this reason, I will sometimes make collections ahead of time so that when I am ready to start filling them up, they are ready to go.

Thank you for looking. Yes it looks fine on my end now too. Obviously I just needed to give it a bit of time!
