I’ve had continuous problems trying to Share Collections with share link on X. I ran the link thru the X Validator: the report said this: "ERROR: Fetching the page failed because it’s denied by robots.txt " and looking that up, it means there’s a “disallow.”
I googled that: it said to contact Zazzle Customer Service to remove the “disallow.” ( not something I have control of.)
So, I’m asking, could you please fix this issue?

This is the X Validator card screen shot for one of my Collection share links. The Error Log message clearly states that fetching the page is being denied by Robots.txt. (You have to be signed into X to use the Validator, then just google “X Validator Card,” open it, then copy/paste the Collection Share Link of your choice in and see for yourself.) And Mark, please don’t miss my other technical issue I posted a few days before this one about the a card back not staying horizontal, but flipping vertical on the product when done.
So am I going to hear an update on this?
I’ve checked a different Collection Share link in the X Validator again recently and the X Validator denial message has NOT changed.
It’s the 18th of December. Any update on this issue? I just tested and the ERROR is the same as in the attached screenshot. “Blocked by Robots.txt.” This means, if you don’t know, there’s a “disallow,” it’s reading in the Collection Share Link.
I ran a Collection Share short Link thru the X card validator today (8 jan 26) and still got the same report as in screenshot above: that robots.txt is denying it. Robots.txt can fail for several different issues in html code. But, whatever the issue, you, Zazzle, are responsible for whatever that issue is and until you fix it, I simply cannot advertise my Collections on X. (clearing cookies does not eliminate the issue.)

I reported this issue in Nov with no response other then to ask for a screen shot, which I provided. No further response. No fix.
X has an X-card Validator Tool that lets people check if X can load a image link or not and, if not, what the problem is. For individual product share links, no problem. It confirms those are fetched. BUT about Collection share links it consistently reports the error for why it CANNOT fetch a Collection: "ERROR: Fetching the page failed because it’s denied by robots.txt."

So, as it’s now Feb 2026, I would like solution for this technical issue. Being able to share a collection on X is an important form of advertising!

I’ve tried both the Collection referral link AND the product page link (like for self-promotion) in the X Validator and both are “not allowed” because robots.txt is not allowing. Just FYI.
