Hi, there is some kind of error happening with thumbnail images on most of my collections. They are showing the back side of the product and even worse, some thumbnails show images from the design tool area.
Hopefully someone can look into it.

Same here, and new collection does not appear in store.
Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Looks good to me.
Same problem here. I’m getting weird parts of the design or no pictures at all. I was hoping it was just in the back-end view, but I logged out and the problem remained. If I enter the collection, the problem goes away, but when you are viewing the collections page things are definitely wonky.

Same here. Mine are showing various blank tshirts, blank tote bags in the collections that I have checked so far.
I see now. The team is aware of this issue. Hopefully we will have this resolved very soon

It’s not exactly fixed for me. Some cards (seems almost random) that I have in collections are showing the front/envelope view rather than the front/back view that I had originally chosen. Going into “product merchandising” and make in sure front/back is clicked does nothing.

I think that’s a different issue. It’s been going on for months now - at least for me.
It used to happen to me, but not in the past year. But I’ve noticed it since last night when the other thumbnails got weird.

It seems like the envelope thumbnails got all wonky when they introduced the new in situ options. Suddenly, they were all showing just the fronts or something like that, and that was the only view that would appear. In looking at mine, most of them have been fixed, but some are still just showing the front when they’re not supposed to be. This morning I edited the product merchandising on one that was like that, and it didn’t seem to do anything at the time, but the view is correct now. So maybe we just need to fix them by hand?
