I think candy and food are under the weddings category.

Are you referring to the suggested category in the new collections? Because I just discovered the same, they want the Home & Living category in order to put the product into the correct slot of the collection but there is no food & drink under Home & Living. I just tried with “baked goods”.

Yes. its not there. I have been going batty.
Its for the collections, says they have to be specifically under Home & Living > Food & Drink > Candy & Favors
That wont work, its an issue with the collections. has to be under Home & Living > Food & Drink > Candy & Favors

@RG1 Oh I see - you didn’t mention that it was in relation to collections in your original post - perhaps edit and add a link to the collection you having problems with so that the Tech Team can investigate?

And with the Event or Occasion selection in collections - you can’t really drill down to Home & Living > Food & Drink > Candy & Favors like you can with products. It’s expected behavior I believe.
In a suite under candy favors, you cannot add anything under that section because Zazzle wants it added from a category that does not exist on their site. See attached screenshot.

I’ve been working on wedding cross-sell/event suite collections and ran across the same issue. In addition to the “Baked Goods” problem described above, the slots for “Can Coolers” and for “Candy Favors & Drink Mixes” have typos in their paths that don’t match the product breakout (and thus won’t allow the correct products to be added). For Candy Favors & Drink Mixes, the path reads WEDDINGS > GIFTS & FAVORS > PACKAGING > CANDY FAVORS & DRINK MIXES; for Can Coolers, it reads WEDDINGS > GIFTS & FAVORS > PACKAGING > WEDDING CAN COOLERS. In both cases, the third category in should read “FAVORS” instead of “PACKAGING.”

Yep, thank you cards and balloons aren’t showing up in the slots either.
Got the same issue with Birthday collections, it suggests the category " Home & Living > Food & Drink > Candy & Favors" but it doesn’t exist. I want to add my personalized Oreo’s and Sugar Cookies so they show up not as a bonus product.
btw. This is now fixed, thanks Zazzle team. They’ve added a product slot called “Baked Goods” and everything in the below categories is added.
