All the designs I have created since March 2025 are missing their color variations in the marketplace search! These variations should appear below each listing; otherwise, customers assume only one color is available. Since only one version of a grouped product appears in the search, it could potentially lose sales. This appears to be affecting other designers too.
I’m very sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue here. To clarify, are you reporting that the three designs above should be grouped together or that each design should be grouped with a set of other designs? If the latter, could you provide an example of the designs they should be grouped with so we can investigate further for you?
Thanks Padraig! My main problem is, that designs I created from March 2025, are not showing their color variations when you view them in the marketplace (the little color circles that appear below the listing are missing). This is affecting all my products with color variations!
The three links I included are just for flyers. They are missing color variations in the marketplace and the product window. Each one should be grouped with a set of other designs (they are marked as grouped in the backend). This additional problem seems to only affect flyers. Do you want me to give you a list of all of them?

I’m worried now that I haven’t explained it clearly enough! 😟 The issue is that the marketplace search results are missing the ‘color dots’ (color variations), so customers will think only one color is available (potentially losing sales). Flyers have an additional problem, because the ‘color dots’ are also missing from their product page. This only impacts products listed since the dates I provided.

I realize now that there are two separate issues with the ‘color dots’ (color variations):
All product types are missing the ‘color dots’ in the marketplace search (if published after early February).
Specific products are missing the ‘color dots’ on their product page (if published after December 19th, 2024).
Where these dates overlap, the specific products miss them in both!
The specific products (missing ‘color dots’ on their product page) are Flyers and Foam Boards , but there could be more.
As color-grouped products only appear once in the search results, they rely on ‘color dots’ to show the others. If a customer isn’t interested in the random color shown, they won’t explore further—potentially losing a purchase!
These dates are based on my own products, but I can see it’s affecting other designers too.
You might be right! I found and reported this issue on May 25th, but the ‘automatic color naming’ issue was reported earlier on May 16th. I really hope it’s fixed soon!
Help! The ‘color dots’ (color variations) are still missing for newly published products in the marketplace search results, and they’re still missing on some product pages! Any update on when this will be fixed?
