Colours in my mockups are changing on the forum

I have noticed that colours in my mockups are changing on the forum in Show me posts and become very dull instead of vivid and bright.

What could it be, it didn’t happen before on the old forum. Would it be possible to address that please some way. Thanks :blush::two_hearts:

Thanks for passing this along. We’ll take a look.

Thank you very much @Scott

@Scott I noticed the kind of thing happening on Zazzle.com when I compare image of the design for download it’s much brighter than the Zazzle mock ups of the end product. All the products for some reason loose its vivid colours and look dull.

Zazzle can loose sales and we of course can loose sales because of that.

@Scott Here is one example of what I mean

@Veselka_store the reason they change is that zazzle’s “RealView” technology shows what they could look like on a product once it’s printed. Paper plates would soak up some of the ink so to speak so they would look slightly different to your original artwork (eg not as vivid) imho

@Sara_H Hi Sara, it’s happening to all products, blankets, pillows, sweatshirts etc. I checked, the original image I used fades in the end result product mockups from Zazzle. The plates I just used for example. Here are the pillows, I was so sad to see them like that. Sigh.

@Veselka_store That’s by design - once it prints on either a fabric/paper product - it changes - it will never print as exactly as your artwork. It’s the nature of the beast

@Sara_H That’s not right. The image is one colour the end result is another colour, I am disappointed and customer gets a different product, and if I’d create a mockup of the original image it will mislead the customer prompting a return. You know what I mean? That’s gotta be fixed and looked into by Zazzle, that’s ain’t right in my humble opinion.

My colours are rich, end result is dull so the customer is not interested may be to buy at all, you know, like I said leading to loss of potential sales for Zazzle too.

@Veselka_store Good luck! Bowing out

@Sara_H Ha ha, good luck to us all I’d say. Thanks Sara.
