Complaint from Customer about Printed Colors on Paper Coasters

I just received a complaint from a customer regarding the paper coaster product: Dusty Blue Boho Floral Don’t Take My Drink Wedding Paper Coaster | Zazzle

The customer was unhappy because the background color, despite being set to white, printed as light gray causing the artwork to look dull and the whole design to look somewhat muddy. I directed the customer to support for assistance, but I wanted to report the issue here. 

The customer suggested that the webpage previews should be adjusted to reflect the actual background color, but I’d like to know if there is any way to make them actually print white - like could we have the option of a white underbase printing like is available on t-shirts, so it will print actual white instead of just the default color of the cardboard?

That’s such a pretty design @Cat . It’s really a shame that the background isn’t white. I’ve got quite a few paper coasters designs on, what I assumed would be, a white background but haven’t had any complaints. Then again I haven’t had any good reviews either for those particular coasters so who knows how they turned out. I look forward to hearing from a moderator if anything can be done to fix the problem.
