Conversion from Sweeden SEK to USD Issue?

I sold 40 place cards to a customer from Sweeden who paid with SEK for a subtotal of 12.00 on the product page. Today there is a 15 percent off the customer may take advantage of and the price would be $10.20. Also, there was a 3rd party referral for the sale.

The info on the sale says kr120 for the subtotal and says I am getting 0.00** for royalty. Is there some issue with the conversion of this type of money from Sweeden’s SEK to USD? I would think for a 12 dollar purchase even with the discount at 10.20 and 3rd party referral, I would get something for a royalty and not have it be zero. If the conversion is not working correctly, I wanted to report it.

I had a sale from Sweden a few days a go. The customer paid SEK 100 - I received 0.

Pushing this up.  This just happened to me as well and has happened 3 other times before.

I’m pushing this up again.  The issue still hasn’t been fixed for me.
