Copy front image and paste it to the back of the product, where is this option in new design tool? Please help.
@Veselka_Store You can either right click image - select copy then go to the back of the product, right click then click paste
Or Ctrl C then Ctrl V as before
@Sara_H @Hi Sara, I tried this on mobile as I use my mobile phone to design and I don’t have this option only to delete. Take a look. Shortcuts also can’t work on mobile sigh :(.
@Veselka_Store You didn’t mention mobile so gave desktop actions.
No idea about designing on mobile (am desktop girly) - is it android or apple? Are you using the app or browser? Which browser are you using if not? If browser. check any extensions and turn them off to test.
No doubt engineering team are aware. There may be a fix on the list or there may not be.
Search the technical forum to see if anyone else has reported a problem with designing on mobile with the new tool.

@Sara_H Thank you Sara, I am on Apple mobile on Safari browser.
I never had it on mobile and used previously desktop version of old design tool, I will check out tech forum. Thank you.
@Veselka_Store it could be a safari thing. Can you test with another browser on your mobile? Firefox perhaps?

Hi @Sara_H I tried Firefox it didn’t work unfortunately.
“Or Ctrl C then Ctrl V as before” does not work for me on PC Windows 11 Chrome

Also, Ctrl x works for cut, then simply use the mouse to paste.
