If this is from your website, it’s just pulling the code from Zazzle’s site (that side is unchangeable by us)
If you have the option to edit code on your personal website - ask Chat GPT how to label the buttons correctly or do a google search

I think that it is referring more to Alt. Text.for Accessibility for navigation purposes for the impaired.
