Cornhole Sets “Discontinued” in Out of Stock Colors

Cornhole sets are featured at the top of today’s promotional email from Zazzle. There are three board colors available - white, black, and a natural - and white and black are sold out at the moment.

Here’s my issue. All of my designs that are on white and black boards (most of them) are currently marked as discontinued and not showing up in the marketplace. Even though I have them set up to be sold on any board color.    I’m assuming I would have to edit each individual product to “this color only” (natural) for it to show up in the marketplace.

Zazzle, can you please take a look at this and fix? I’ve never seen this happen before, and it’s pretty frustrating that I have a category of designs that is invisible to customers.

I went through and changed each one individually to the natural color, but I didn’t limit them to ONLY that color. They are fine now, so I don’t think it is necessary to set them to only that color, just make sure that’s the option you choose.

Thank you, that’s good to know. This would be another situation where bulk editing the product merchandizing options would come in handy.

I did the same thing.

Yes! Recently doing a spring clean on my stores as many of us are. I had 200+ wrapping paper products I wanted to change the in-situ to make them more appealing. Not only did I have to do it one by one they ALSO did not reflect the changes until over 48hrs later (some I did change title/tag wording and same goes for that as well). I would love a bulk edit for merchandizing by product. Would also love if the indexing was a little more timely.

I had several in white backgrounds, but had to change them each one at a time to natural wood.  I’ve never sold one so I don’t have many to do, maybe 6.   They will probably be showing as HIDDEN so don’t forget to make each one PUBLIC again, I had to

Mine are public, however, the sets are still not showing up in the marketplace after editing to the natural colored board on Saturday. This discontinued / out of stock product glitch is strange and so is the very slow site indexing that’s been going on for weeks.

Does Zazzle typically read or respond to posts in Technical Issues?

You know what’s weird… all mine are set to the natural wood but I didn’t do it. :open_mouth: Thanks magic cornhole fairy. :bouquet:
