I have noticed that the cover photos of some products disappear after a couple of days and I have to go back to Edit design and choose the Cover photo again. This is the issue with some of the designs, not all of them are changing back, but some of them keep changing back to Zazzle mockups. It is very time consuming. Am I the only one with this issue?

I’m having the same problem, and it’s maddening and a major time waster to have to constantly check on them. In some cases, I’ve chosen the cover photo as the default several times, but it doesn’t stick. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to go back and check on a daily basis to make sure the cover photo has “stuck.” In one instance, the apron with the cover photo slipped from the second page to the ninth page after the cover photo reverted back to the default.

I am having this issue but in my collections. The cover photos are showing fine in my store’s back end, but in the collection they are not. The cover photo is still selected if I go in to “edit design” however.
Also, some of the products with just a different zazzle insitu photo are not showing the view I selected.

Any update? I have just checked the items that I have fixed 2 days ago and they all chenged back to Zazzle mockup again. I have now fixed at least 30 items .. I have 3000 items in my store.
I am having more items reverting to the standard default when they have had cover photos for a while.
Weirdly, this one (the heart tshirt) is showing the default in the marketplace, but when I click on it the product page shows my cover photo. Also, in the marketplace my title just says “t-shirt”, but the full title is correct on the product page:

Then I click on LoraSeverson’s collections link and see an issue.
Then I see Malissa’s screenshot and see a possible issue.
So, moving forward please let me know what page you’re seeing the issue on. Is it on the collections page? Is it on a search results page? Is it in your store backend? This is an important detail. Please link me to that page.
There may be a few different issues at play here, but we’ll sort that out on our end of things. If CP isn’t showing on a page that you expect it to show on please let us know. Screenshots and page links would be highly appreciated.

I see what you’re talking about. When you added these products to the collection, did you add them from your store backend, or the product page, or…somewhere else? I see what the issue probably is, but I can’t find a way to reproduce this same issue in other collections.
I already had the collections set up long before I added the cover photos so I honestly can’t remember where I added the products from. Sorry.
Some products changed automatically and others didn’t. I appears to be happening in other collections of mine as well. Here’s another link if it helps
