They take a couple days. I had one take 3 days before it showed.
What KeegansCreation says plus you need to go into the edit mode to change the image you want to showcase, as otherwise it will stay what you had before.
Here’s a link that has all the information on making and uploading a cover photo. It’s really helpful.
@Paula - I’m finding the same as you.
All steps are done, the uploaded image has been accepted, I did this 3 days ago but still the image isn’t showing.

Update: Cover photo isn’t showing 2 weeks after uploading, even though you are actively promoting this.
Also when choosing the marketing image for Bone China Mugs, what you select - handle to the right to show off the design for example - the selection doesn’t show and it goes back to a sort of default (opposite the handle but if you want a design on both sides of the mug, this is no good to display the design).
I would like to raise this issue again. Currently I have several products that have cover photos which don’t show in the MP. They are visible in my store and on the product page. I had edited the view several days ago. Here are two examples.

I have products I made cover photos for over 2 weeks ago and NONE of my products are showing the cover photos in the marketplace. I can see the cover photos in the back end of my shop and my public shop.

It’s pretty bad at the moment. Nothing sticks. It automatically reverts to the default view.

Can’t edit or delete my post, but it looks like at the moment it just needs an extra visit to the edit details page to choose the cover view. This is as it has been before. As the stats for last modified date are not working, it is hard to find everything back.

Interesting. Just noticed the same. They are in public individual shop - but not when they are returned via search in the MP.

I’m confused by this. Since the cover shows in the back end - it’s already chosen as the default ‘view’. ???
Are you saying your covers revert to the originals even in the back end?

In the back end it shows the cover photo as a default. In the past, on occasion, this didn’t mean that the cover photo was showing in the MP. Redoing the steps using the Edit Details used to force it to change. At this point that little action does nothing for the view in the MP.

I see. Thanks. Right - not working now. Has a moderator given an update on what’s going on with cover photos not showing? I haven’t seen one.

Also have this issue too with water bottle labels. Show in the back end ok but the store front still shows the original.
I uploaded these March 21st so there must another indexing lag happening

@LMGildersleeve , @plumb4me , are you able to see those cover photos (the ones you referring to here) showing up as the marketplace thumbnails now? If not, are you taking a break from creating more, or are you still making even more?

Hey Scott - not being flip - but can you define ‘recent’? Going back to at least 3/17, is that right?
