Will whether or not we upload cover photos have any kind of effect on z-rank?

Actually - I don’t see how it can NOT have an effect.  It’s presumed Z rank includes whether or not you have products that sell…and if cover photos are given priority…therefore helping them sell…seems like it would HAVE to effect Z rank?
