I see how Zazzle keeps improving the connection between creators and customers. I was thinking that it would be cool to have an option allowing the creator to set online / offline status. This way,if a customer need some help editing a design, he/she can talk with the seller at that moment. Thoughts?
@WittyBetty
That reminds me of 1994 when AOL(hedoublehockeysticks) had AOL buddy (I thiink it was called) and every time I signed on to the internet to do some work, I would get interrupted by various people just wanting to talk, and talk. Finally I went into hidden mode (going from memory here) to keep my sanity.
I do not want to wade into that swamp again, ever.
I agree, manually turning it from online to offline, would be great. That way I could reply to messages when I am available but not working on products.
I really don’t want that. I have no desire for anyone to be able to monitor whether I am on- or off-line. I truly don’t want a customer waiting for me. I could be working on another project or just not feel well enough to deal with them. I hope that Zazzle will continue to respect my privacy.
This just isn’t necessary. I don’t even want to go near this can of worms. I am so tired of dealing with shipping questions right now. This whole customer service thing is wearing very thin. Nothing in this realm is optional.
