I’m confused. You mean some other designer is listed as the creator on your product? Or do you mean that some other designer is using the same artwork? Can you post a link and/or explain?

If the problem is with the AI site, then contact their customer service, if they even have any. If it’s a problem on Zazzle, contact Zazzle customer service. We can’t do anything about it here.
You don’t have any products in either of your stores. So, I’m really confused. Are you talking about your store logo?
