After pulling the August royalty history report, ALL of the column for “Is Cancelled” says NO. Yet, there are clearly some incidences in the “Status” column that disagree, saying ‘cancelled’.
This has been going on for months now, as if no one at Zazzle is listening or concerned about it. Now it’s affecting our monthly reports. To me, these reports are useless!
PLEASE get some help into fixing this ASAP.
