I would like the ability to send a message to tell the customer how to reach customer service at any point during the chat and not just as the first message in a chat. I don’t like that if you choose to send a more personal response first then the option to send a message to redirect to customer service goes away.
I agree that it would be helpful if that link didn’t disappear. But since it does, I have a simple text document where I keep a list of important links (as well as some boilerplate verbiage so I don’t have to re-type everything each time.)
You can send people to customer service via the ask link: www.zazzle.com/about/ask (that’s the one that the auto response uses. It sends them through a list of questions sorta hoping that they’ll find the answer to their question without actually needing to contact customer service directly.)
But I think those contacts are only good for US customers because it’s all different on the UK site, and (I assume on other country sites as well.) It would be helpful to have the links for all of the different countries so we could send people to the right place.
